Arsenal VG-33/39
The Arsenal de l’Aeronautique VG-33 and VG-39 represented the zenith of French military aircraft design just before World War II — and were on par with the impressive Messerschmitt Bf 109. Unfortunately, they came on the scene too late and in too few numbers to change the outcome of the Battle of France.
Breguet Br 693
The Bréguet Br 693 was a light twin-engine ground-attack aircraft operated by the French Air Force in World War II. It did not enter service until March 1940, the eve of the German invasion, and Armee de l’Air aircrews were still familiarizing themselves with it when they were thrust into combat. It was a modern bomber in some respects, but among its key deficiencies it lacked a bomb sight and was unfortunately of limited effectiveness.

Loire 130
The Loire 130 was a French flying boat of WWII. Designed and built by Loire Aviation of St. Nazaire, it originated from a 1933 specification issued by the French Navy for a reconnaissance seaplane. First flown in November 1934, instability problems kept it from entering fleet service until 1938. A few saw service in Luftwaffe colors during the war, and a handful performed recce duties in the French Colonies, notably during the Franco-Thai War in early 1941.
